Terms and Conditions

$10.00 per person, per night for additional guests over 12 years old and $5.00 for 3 to 11 years old.
Your reservation will be confirmed by fax or e-mail within 24 hours.
Reservations can be made with a credit card authorization or cash deposit.
At check-in, a credit card number will need to be held for incidental charges.
Check-in time is 4pm. Check-out time is noon . Of course we will try and accommodate any schedule problems, provided space is available.
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Diner's Club.
The 16.39% Government Tax & Tourism tax will be added to the posted rates.

High Season: Reservations cancelled at least 10 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 10 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
Christmas and New Years Weeks: Reservations cancelled at least 21 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 21 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
Low Season: Reservations cancelled at least 7 days prior to arrival will have no penalties. Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will have the credit card charged for 50% of the reserved stay.
